🥦 Healthy Kids Iowa Pilot Program – Summer 2025 at Together We Achieve

Together We Achieve is proud to serve as a distribution site for the Healthy Kids Iowa Pilot Program, designed to help families with school-aged children access nutritious food while school is out.

📅 Our Distribution Dates (June 2025):

• June 16, 2025

• June 23, 2025

• June 30, 2025

🕒 Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

📍 Location: 1150 27th Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404

👉 This is a special program, separate from our regular food pantry. Our regular food pantry will be closed during these distributions.
 

✅ Eligibility Requirements

• Households at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)

• Households with children aged 4–18

• Households that have already self-attested to eligibility for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) with children aged 4–18
