This page is for families who wish to register for a December holiday food box through Together We Achieve or Southeast Linn Community Center.
Registration: Nov 17 – Nov 30
How it works
Register once per household using your full street address and household size.
You may select a preferred pickup site, but please review the guidance below. We may reassign families as needed to balance capacity and reduce travel times.
- East of Cedar Rapids → Southeast Linn Community Center
- Thursday, December 18th from 10 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- All other areas → Together We Achieve
- Saturday, December 20th from 10 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your pickup location, date, and time.
What you’ll receive
A pre-packed holiday food box with unprepared ingredients for a traditional holiday meal.
Contents may vary by site and cannot be customized.
Proxy pickup
A friend or family member may pick up your box. They only need your confirmation email (paper or phone).
Accommodations
Use the “Accommodations” field only for pickup-related needs (time, mobility, etc.).
Allergies or ingredient substitutions cannot be accommodated.

Please do not register again with us. This helps ensure more families receive support.
